- 4+ years of work experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or 6 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 years of experience with a PhD.
- Experience with automation tools, tool development using ISPF, CLIST and REXX.
- Experience with one or more general-purpose programming languages including but not limited to: C/C++, Java, JavaScript or Go.
- Passion for high quality software engineering
- Experience in SDLC methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Iterative/Incremental.
- 1 - 2 years' comprehensive experience in Mainframe, TSO, MVS JCL, ISPF, File Aid, COBOL, SQL, DB2.
