- Experience in Project Management activities for driving the Testing process involving planning, scheduling, working on SLAs, risk management, project progress monitoring and delivery as per quality.
- Customer / Client interactions for project execution.
- Handling the Risk Management for the program along with the mitigation and contingency plan
- Good at creation of Project documents like Test plans, Test report, status reports, schedules and Defect Tracking reports.
- Mentor the team in competency development, Implement performance management as per organizational guidelines, team building.
- Managing timely delivery of the scheduled activities/ technical deliverables, as per quality standards specified.
- Knowledge about automation and different frame works.
