Job Description:

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and consistent follow-through to assure problems are resolved and Product meet established Quality Release Criteria Standards  
• Effective interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent communication and people skills essential
• Good listening skills; problem solving and the ability to handle multiple projects/clients at once is necessary
• The ability to handle objections and counter professionally as necessary  
• Develop and execute test cases/suites for enterprise applications developed using various technologies including distributed Internet technologies (.NET, Java/J2EE, web services, etc.).
• Basic knowledge of databases concepts and working knowledge of Oracle, SQL server
• Effectively contribute on white box testing
• Exposure to Agile methodologies- Experience in Manual testing (System/Regression)
