• Skills : QTP, Manuel testing , VB Scripting and Data base . 
• Perform Automation and Manual Testing , PROFICIENT IN KEYWORD AND DATA DRIVEN, 
• Speak to business users, understand the requirement and do POC, Knowledgeable on Load testing, Handle the deliverables deligently, ensure the best practices are followed 
• The resources should be Technically strong and should be able to guide, inculcate the best practices of testing to the developers. 
• Should have good communication skills and Leadership Qualities. 
• Resource should be able to articulate and convince/guide developers.
