• Excellent performance testing background using various tools such as LoadRunner, 
• Silkperformer, Jmeter, Grinder etc. (LoadRunner is mandatory)
• Should have experience performance testing of large web applications with userbase over 3000.
• Experience handling scalability testing of large applications
• Good communication skill
• Experience of 4 to 6 years
• Flexible and willingness to stretch his day on a need basis.
