Job Description:

Understand product / application features / requirements and define Test Strategy, Test Plan and business scenarios
Design business scenarios and transactions for Automation/Performance testing
Create Automation / Performance benchmarking framework and design for automation
Develop and review flows for creating automation scripts as per approved business scenarios
Develop and review automation scripts as per automation flow
Mentor and train other team members in automation techniques and tools, scripting languages and script development
Conduct peer reviews for scripts created by others
Setup test data for performance testing
Setup runs as per requirement for performance, stress or stability testing
Analyze results from the run and prepare scorecards
Analyze potential performance issues provide analysis report
