• Good communication skills
• Web application testing
• Different types of testing (Functional, Integration, System)
• Process: - Test Scenario creation - Test case creation  - Review of test cases
• Defect analysis & reporting
• Any defect tracking tools (Wiki, BugZilla, JIRA, .)
• Defect Lifecycle
• Cross browser testing (IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari on Mac, .)
• Cross platform testing (Windows, Linux/Unix, Mac, .)
• Agile-Scrum exposure
• Nice to Have: Automation experience, Amazon web services exposure
